Scope
This policy covers visitors to djiva.pro and people contacting DZHIVA, OOO through the website form, email or phone. It does not automatically apply to Playmi, CS Arena or client projects; those services have their own data processing policies.
Information we receive
The form asks for one contact method: email, Telegram username or phone number. You may also provide a project description and select a package or engagement format. We process the contact details, message, selected format, submission time and subsequent correspondence. Please do not include passport details, health information or other sensitive information in the message; it is not needed to discuss software development.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use your contact details and message to reply, discuss terms and prepare a contract at your request. Processing necessary to enter into and perform a contract is based on that purpose. Visitor statistics are enabled separately, only after you choose ‘Accept all’ in the cookie banner. Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising emails.
How enquiries are processed
Enquiries are stored in the website database on a server in Russia. A notification containing the contact details and message is sent to the responsible employee’s work mailbox. Access is limited to employees who need it to reply and work on the project. The email service processes information to deliver and store correspondence. We do not sell contacts or share them for third-party advertising. Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
Cookies and statistics
Necessary cookies remember your cookie preferences and support staff sign-in. If you allow statistics, your browser receives a random visitor identifier; the database stores this identifier, the page path, the day and time of the visit. We do not install Yandex Metrica or advertising pixels. Cookie types and lifetimes are listed on the Cookies page. Choosing ‘Necessary only’ in cookie settings stops new visit records and removes the visitor cookie.
Retention and protection
Enquiry data is processed until we have replied and completed the project discussion. If a contract is signed, necessary records and correspondence are retained for periods required by law and to protect contractual rights. When there is no remaining processing ground, data is subject to deletion or anonymisation. Access to the staff dashboard requires authentication. The public website uses HTTPS to transmit data.
Your rights and requests
You may request information about processing, correction, restriction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent to statistics. Email info@djiva.pro or write to the company’s registered address. Include the contact used for your enquiry and describe your request. We may need to verify that the contact belongs to you to protect your information. Requests are handled within applicable statutory time limits. You may also contact Roskomnadzor or a court.
